A persons problems and issues can be largely understood by environmental influences, so our counselors spend time outside of the clinical setting participating in community events, raising awareness and reducing the stigma.

Substance Abuse Groups


SUBSTANCE ABUSE EDUCATION PROGRAM (SAE):

Substance Abuse Education Program Is For First Time Offenders Who Are Required To Complete A Legal Requirement For Court, Probation, DUI, Employment Requirement, Or Self-Referral.  The Program Is Designed To Build A Better Understanding Of Drug/Alcohol Use, Abuse, Dependency And Recovery.  The Program Is Designed For Young Adults And Adults.  It Is A Two- Day Program Held The 1st And 3rd Saturday Of Each Month.  Group Size Maximum: 12


ALCOHOL EARLY INTERVENTION PROGRAM (AEI):

Alcohol Early Intervention Program Is For First Time Offenders Who Are Required To Complete A Legal Requirement For Court, Probation, DUI, Employment Requirement, Or Self-Referral.  The Program Is Designed To Build A Better Understanding Of Alcohol Use, Abuse, Dependency And Recovery.  The Program Is Designed For Young Adults And Adults.  It Is A One-Day Program Held On The 1st Saturday Of Each Month.     Group Size Maximum:  12

Early Recovery Substance Abue Program Individual Participate One Time Per Week For A Period Of 16 Weeks.  In Addition, Individual Is Responsible For Attending A 12 Step Program, Spiritual Based Program, And/Or Alternative Program Approved By Agency For 16 Sessions.  The Program Components Include Educational Information On The Various Type Of Substances That Can Impair Your Judgment And How Substances Impact Your Mental, Physical, Emotional, And Spiritual Capacity That Can Result In Addiction.  Group Size Maximum:  12

OUTPATIENT RECOVERY PROGRAM (ORP):

Outpatient Recovery Substance Abuse Program Individuals Participate Twice Weekly For A Period Of 16 Weeks.   In Addition, Individual Is Responsible For Attending A 12 Step Program, Spiritual Based Program, And/Or Alternative Program Approved By Agency For 16 Sessions. The Program Is Designed For Individuals That Have Been Identified As Abusing Alcohol And Drugs And At High Risk Of Developing Addiction And/Or Addicted.  The Program Components Include Educational Information On The Various Type Of Substances That Can Impair Your Judgment And How Substances Impact Your Mental, Physical, Emotional, And Spiritual Capacity That Can Result In Addiction And Attending A Processing Group Designed To Provide Group Members An Opportunity To Deepen Their Level Of Self-Awareness And To Learn How They Relate To Others.  Group Size Maximum: 12
